Momentum Senior Living announces a new luxury senior housing community coming to the Tri-Valley region, offering assisted living and memory care in a modern, resort-style setting.
Dublin, CA – March 2025 – Momentum Senior Living is excited to announce a new luxury senior housing community coming to the Tri-Valley region. The Whitford of Dublin will open in fall 2026 and will offer assisted living and memory care in a modern, resort-style setting.
The community is being developed by Harbert South Bay Partners on a 5.74-acre site at 5751 Arnold Road near the intersection of Arnold Road and Horizon Parkway. It will include 140 residences with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans up to 1,499 square feet. Of these, 102 units will provide assisted living and 38 units will offer specialized memory care.
This project addresses the growing need for high-quality senior housing in one of California's fastest-growing cities. Many longtime East Bay residents and couples want to remain in the community they know while receiving the right level of support.

Harbert South Bay Partners brings strong experience to the project, having recently completed other California communities managed by Momentum Senior Living, including The James of Irvine and The Variel in Woodland Hills. Momentum Senior Living will handle day-to-day management and operations with its proven focus on exceptional resident experiences.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for April 8, 2025. The leasing office is expected to open in early 2026 ahead of the first residents moving in later that year.
