Andrea Marin
Chief Human Resources Officer, Momentum Senior Living
Andrea Marin has more than 15 years of human resources experience in senior living, having worked at the community, regional, and corporate levels throughout her career.
Before joining Momentum, Andrea served four years as Vice President of Human Resources at Westmont Living, where she supported 15 assisted living communities across multiple states and a workforce of more than 1,500 employees. Over the course of her career she has guided the startup and ongoing management of human resource operations, systems, and programs, partnering with senior leadership on policy development, recruiting, benefits administration, and employee orientation and training.
Andrea holds an active California Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly certificate and a Professional in Human Resources certificate.
