Jim Biggs
Chief Development Officer, Momentum Senior Living
Jim Biggs is a co-founder of Momentum and brings more than 35 years of senior living experience to his role as Chief Development Officer, with a track record spanning over 45 communities across the United States and China.
Jim built his foundation over 23 years with Life Care Services, the third-largest manager of rental senior living and continuing care retirement communities in the U.S. Rising to Vice President of the company's largest territory, he provided direct oversight for more than 20 older adult housing developments and operational communities across the western U.S. He later served six years as Managing Director of a full-service senior housing management company in China, where he developed three distinct senior housing product lines and helped bring American best practices to one of the world's fastest-growing elder care markets.
Jim is also a part-time lecturer at the University of Southern California's Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, reflecting both his depth of knowledge and his commitment to shaping the next generation of senior living leaders.
